Mô tả công việc
- Oversee Digital Marketing Activities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for products and services, and manage communication programs in alignment with company objectives.
- Manage Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor advertising strategies for products across online channels such as Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Innovate and Develop Marketing Platforms: Execute campaigns to innovate and enhance marketing strategies for business operations.
- Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns: Utilize digital marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Mobile Marketing, Online Advertising, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing) to implement product or brand campaigns.
- Optimize Digital Presence: Understand technical requirements of each digital channel to optimize image, content, and ad quality.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Educational Background: Degree in Marketing or related fields such as graphic design, information technology, etc.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in marketing with in-depth knowledge of SEO, content creation, PPC, Google AdWords, InDesign, etc.
- Digital Tools Proficiency: Extensive experience in using digital tools and hands-on experience with digital platforms.
- Creative and Communication Skills: Highly creative, flexible, and excellent communication skills.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of working under high pressure.
- Independent and Team Work Skills: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
