This includes detailed cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. This role ensures the financial stability, efficiency, and profitability of the business unit. (Immediate start required)
Working place: Tan Binh District, HCMC
Salary: 900$ - 1500$ (Gross)
1. Costing and Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis of manufacturing, operations, and other expenses within the business unit.
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize spending and improve cost efficiency.
- Identify cost drivers and recommend actions to mitigate cost increases.
2. Financial Planning and Forecasting:
- Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process for the business unit, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Develop accurate financial forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business strategies.
- Monitor financial performance against the budget and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
3. Financial Reporting and FP&A:
- Produce comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide detailed FP&A support by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and preparing financial models.
- Present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior management and business unit leaders.
4. Strategic Financial Support:
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis, feasibility studies, and ROI evaluations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial insights to drive business decisions and growth strategies.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, product lines, and investments from a financial perspective.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a financial management or financial audit role.

- Proficiency in accounting and financial software, especially Excel.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
